Moving Toward Healing

I don’t know if this is something you’ve heard lately-or ever-but you are moving toward healing. This is our natural state of being. There are, of course, many things that you can do to give your body, mind, and spirit the right conditions for healing and you are not without a vital part to play in your own healing, but moving toward healing is something you do naturally. 

Have you ever cut your finger? 

Did you have to tell your body to clot the blood? To heal the skin? No. Your body began the healing process because that’s what it is designed to do. Your mind and spirit are no different. 

Sometimes I think we get lost or overwhelmed with thoughts of wondering how we’ll ever heal or if some deep hurt or trauma will heal. Trust that you are where you need to be and that you are going where you need to go. Firmly put energy behind your intention for healing and know that the right people, the right circumstances, the right modalities will come forward from that space. We pull what we have decided to do into our sphere of existence.

Trust in this natural process. Give yourself the conditions to heal. And know that it IS happening.
