It opens awareness, deepens intuition, and gives you another tool for expanding love, service, and groundedness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rooted Reiki is a mentorship and training that comes alongside you wherever you are in your journey and finds the ways that Reiki weaves into your life\u2014and that looks different for every person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the mentorship program, we\u2019ll meet once a week for three months. Our meetings will be on Zoom. I\u2019ll also be available by text between calls for voice\/text mentoring for anything that comes up for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program has three levels:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Level One: <\/em>embodying the Reiki precepts and developing a relationship with the energy itself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Level Two: <\/em>feels like deepening one\u2019s connection to the energy, mastering the symbols, expanding the energy to connect with others (deep listening), listening without seeing (distance reiki)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Master Level: <\/em>mastering the energy centers, understanding the flow of the reiki energy within and without, how everything is connected, not just head, heart, hara, but all things.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reiki is a holistic practice. It\u2019s not just a physical practice, or a spiritual practice. It\u2019s both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I want to help you find out what Reiki looks for you. She was eager to explore whatever came up in my process throughout the mentorship, no matter how heavy and intense. She has so much wisdom to offer in support, and discernment around when to stay back and let me work things out myself. <br><br>In addition to her mentorship skills, Tricia is one of the most powerful healers I&#8217;ve ever met (and I&#8217;ve worked with a lot). She has a brilliant ability to hold space and receive, and without any attachment to outcome, generously offer her skillset and presence. She has really mastered the fine line of helping without pushing or fixing. <br><br>Tricia is also wildly intuitive and perceptive. The work that I&#8217;ve received from her is some of the best and deepest I&#8217;ve ever received, and continues to deepen every time we work together, which we still do even past the end of the mentorship.
