\u201cI happened to learn about reiki with Tricia on a social media post where she offered free sessions as a way to help any friends that might be stressed during quarantine. I asked her about it, because I thought at the very least, it could provide an hour to decompress, but what I got was so much more. I learned I needed to make some time to heal things that I had been snoozing, and the reiki sessions with Tricia jumpstarted that process. I trusted Tricia, because I\u2019ve known her since 2011, and trust is very important in any spiritual practice. In fact, I trusted her so much, I agreed to do four more sessions over the course of a month. During my sessions, I felt energy being stirred, and it was helpful to talk to Tricia afterwards to help me make sense of what was happening. She listened, she didn\u2019t force anything. Ultimately, it provided a space for me to heal myself, and Tricia gently guided me along that path. If you\u2019re wondering whether or not to try it, I strongly recommend it.\u201d<\/div>
