Reiki is a valuable tool for growing in awareness, surfacing and addressing patterns, and living a rich and beautiful life. It opens awareness, deepens intuition, and gives you another tool for expanding love, service, and groundedness.
Rooted Reiki is a mentorship and training that comes alongside you wherever you are in your journey and finds the ways that Reiki weaves into your life—and that looks different for every person.
During the mentorship program, we’ll meet once a week for three months. Our meetings will be on Zoom. I’ll also be available by text between calls for voice/text mentoring for anything that comes up for you.
The program has three levels:
- Level One: embodying the Reiki precepts and developing a relationship with the energy itself
- Level Two: feels like deepening one’s connection to the energy, mastering the symbols, expanding the energy to connect with others (deep listening), listening without seeing (distance reiki)
- Master Level: mastering the energy centers, understanding the flow of the reiki energy within and without, how everything is connected, not just head, heart, hara, but all things.
Reiki is a holistic practice. It’s not just a physical practice, or a spiritual practice. It’s both.
